A blend of gin, two different vermouths, and Campari. Bottled and aged for at least six weeks. Glowing red, the Negroni is both sophisticated and simple, and is definitely for a grown up palette. For many, it is simply too bitter a taste. For others, it is the perfect aperitif and brings the taste of Italian sunshine into a glass. Pour over ice in a rocks glass and stir until freezing. Add a slice of orange.
